Telephone Sales Representative

As a telephone sales representative you are expected to sell the products and services of the company for which you work by calling potential customers.

• Telephone support and sales of our product portfolio
• Expanding and following up on a customer portfolio
• Complete customer administration such as taking, processing and following up orders, quotes, for your product range
• Initiating repeated orders through telephone follow-up after the customer's purchases
• Conducting market research into the purchasing behavior of customers
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling
• Telephone management, lead follow-up
